The compilation of the content and data of the Website is protected in particular under the Copyright Act (URG) and the Federal Act against Unfair Competition (UWG). Taking over or exploiting the work results of others without permission may be prosecuted under civil and criminal law.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. The place of jurisdiction is Geneva, to the extent permitted. Mandatory statutory places of jurisdiction, in particular for consumers, remain reserved.
